G.S.R. 730(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ofthe Essential Commodities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation ofSupply and Distribution) Order, 2000 , namely:-
सा.का.नि. 730(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955- ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , द्रवीकृत पेट्रोलियम गैस ( प्रदाय और वितरण विनियम ) आदेश , 2000 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है ,
अर्थात्:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Amendment Order , 2007.
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम द्रवीकृत पेट्रोलियम गैस ( प्रदाय और वितरण विनियम ) संशोधन आदेश , 2007 है ।
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
(2) यह राजपत्र में उसके प्रकाशन की तारीख 'को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. द्रवीकृत पेट्रोलियम गैस ( प्रदाय और वितरण विनियम ) आदेश , 2. In the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply andDistribution) Order, 2000 ,-
2000 में-
(a) InSchedule II, —
(क ) अनुसूची 2 में,-
( i ) " ( भाग 2 ) 1992" कोष्ठकों , शब्द और अंकों के स्थान पर , " ( भाग 1 ) " कोष्ठक , शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे;
(1) for the brackets , word and figures " (Part II ) 1992 " the brackets , word and figures " (Part I ) " shall be substituted ;
(ii ) टिप्पण में, " भाग 2 " शब्द और अंक का लोप किया (ii) In Note 1, the word and figures " Part II" shall be omitted;
जाएगा;
(b) In Schedule III ,-
(ख) अनुसूची 3 में, --
(1) inclause (b), the word and figures " Part II " shall be omitted;
(i ) खंड ( ख ) में, " भाग 2 " शब्द और अंक का लोपं किया जाएगा;
(ii) in clause (c) , the words " other than " shall be omitted.
( ii) खंड ( ग ) में, " से भिन्न" शब्द का लोप किया जाएगा । [फा. सं. पी -17011/04/2007 मार्कीटंग ( खंड- II ) ]

Note. The principal order was published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (i) , Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 487 (E) dated the 24th May, 2000 and subsequently amended on G.S.R. 177 (F) dated the 8th March , 2002.
टिप्पण :-मूल आदेश भारतं के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में सा. का. नि. 487( अ ) तारीख 24 मई , 2000 में प्रकाशित किया गया था और पश्चात्वर्ती संशोधन सा.का.नि. 177( अ) तारीख 8 मार्च, 2002 द्वारा किया गया था ।
