का.आ. 1988(अ).- रासायनिक हथियार अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का 34 ) की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , अधिसूचना सं. क़ा. आ. 1439 (अ ) , दिनांक 21 अगस्त, 2007 में, इस अधिसूचना की सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से, निम्नांकित संशोधन करती है :-
S.O. 1988(E) . In pursuance of the provisions of Sub -section (1) ofSection 6 of the Chemical Weapons Act , 2000 (34 of2000), the Central Government hereby amends theNotification Number S.O. 1439 (E) , dated 21st August , 2007 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette namely :----
उक्त अधिसूचना में मद सं. 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद सं. तथा प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:--
Inthe said Notification , for item Number 1 and the entry relating thereto the following item No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :-
" 1. श्री सुजीत बनर्जी
- अध्यक्ष"
