सं. 16( 25 )/2004-वित्त. भारत सरकार , भारी उद्योग और लोक उद्यम मंत्रालय , लोक उद्यम विभाग के 6 दिसम्बर, 2004 के संकल्प संख्या 16 ( 25 ) /2004- वित्त के बोर्ड के गठन से संबंधित पैरा 2.2 को आंशिक रूप से संशोधित किया जाता है और अब कथित पैरा संशोधन के बाद इस प्रकार पढ़ा जाएगा-
" डॉ. प्रहलाद के. बासु के स्थान पर डॉ. नीतीश सेनगुप्ता , पूर्व सचिव, भारत सरकार , सरकारी उद्यम पुनर्गठन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष होंगे ।
बोर्ड के अन्य सदस्य यथावत् रहेंगे । "
2. यह तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होगा ।

No. 16 (25) 2004 - Fin . In partial modification of the Para 2.2 of the Resolution No. 16(25)/2004- Fin . dated 6th December, 2004 of Government of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Department of Public Enterprises regarding Composition of the Board, the said Para shall be amended to read as under-
"Dr. Nitish Sengupta, former Secretary to Government of India shall be the Chairman of the Board for Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises (BRPSE) inplace of Dr. Prahlad K. Basu .
All other Members on the Board shall continue . "
2. This shall come into force with immediate effect .
