का. आ. 2008 ( अ).- राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण के प्राधिकरण, भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 637 ( अ ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप -पैरा ( 1 ) और पैरा ।। द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं. का.आ. 418 ( अ ) तारीख 27 मार्च , 2006 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध डॉक्सीः पाइकलिन एचसीएल/हाईकलेट से है, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिंक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है , नीचे दी गई सारणी के. स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्षः प्रपुंज औषधि का अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोडकर ) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

S.O. 2008 (E) .- In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of paragraph 3 and paragraph 11 of the Drugs ( Prices Control ) Ordea , 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Che nicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 ( E) , dated the Sepur nber 4 , 1997 , and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers ( National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) number S.O. 418 (E ) dated the 27th March , 2006 , in so far as it relates to Doxycycline Hcl /Hyclate , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price ( exclusive of excise duty and local taxes ) atwhich the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry incolumn (2) thereof shall be sold .

The necessary price - list should also be issued as required under sub - paragraph ( 3 ) of paragraph 14 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1995 .
2. ये कीमतें/परिशोधित कीमतें औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) के तहत इस आदेश की तिथि के 15 दिन के अन्दर लागू होगी । औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) 1995 के पैरा 14 के उप- पैरा ( 3 ) के तहत कीमत सूची भी जारी कीजाएगी ।
