का.आ. 2014( अ ).-प्रादेशिक ग्रामीण बैंक अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 21 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा बैंक आफ महाराष्ट्र के अनुरोध पर भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय [ पूर्व आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ( बैंकिंग प्रभाग ) ] की दिनांक 30 मार्च , 1986 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 126 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः
उपर्युक्तअधिसूचना में " धुले और नान्दुरबार " शब्दों के स्थान पर " धुले, नान्दुरबार और रायगढ़ " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण : मूल अधिसूचना दिनांक 30 मार्च , 1986 को भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में सं. का.आ. 126( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् 18 सितम्बर, 2007 को प्रकाशित का.आ. 1562 ( अ ) के तहत संशोधित की गई ।

New Delhi , the 30th November , 2007
S.O. 2014(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) ofSection 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) , the Central Government on being requested by Bank of Maharashtra hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government ofIndia in the Ministry of Finance ( erstwhile Department of Economic Affairs ) (Banking Division) , number S.O. 126(E) , dated the 30th March, 1986, namely :--
In the said Notification , for the words " Dhule and Nandurbar" the words " Dhule , Nandurbar and Raigad" shall be substituted .
