का.आ. 2020( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा सरकारी प्रतिभूति अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का 38 ) के खण्ड । के उप - खण्ड (4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पहली दिसम्बर , 2007 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस दिन उक्त अधिनियम के सभी उपबंध लागू होंगे ।

S. O. 2020 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (4) of Section 1 of the Government Securities Act, 2006 (38 of2006), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of December, 2007 as the date onwhich all the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
