सा.का.नि. 745( अ) -सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्टं होते हुए कि ऐसा करना सार्वजनिक हित में आवश्यक है , एतद्द्वारा निर्देश देती है कि नीचे दी गई सारणी के कालम ( 2 ) में यथा विनिर्दिश्ट भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना में उक्त सारणी के कालम ( 3 ) में दी गई तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि के अनुसार संशोधित या और आगे संशोधन , जैसी भी स्थिति हो किया जायेगा यथा:--
