का.आ. 2070( अ ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/जोनल विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति अथवा सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली -110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।
संशोधन:
" बापा नगर जोन (डी) में 12982 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र जिसमें ( 1 ) उत्तर में वेल्सली मैस , पूर्व में दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय , दक्षिण में आवासीय क्वार्टर ( बापा नगर ) और पश्चिम में डॉ. जाकिर हुसैन भार्ग ( 45.0 मीटर मार्गाधिकार ) से घिरा हुआ 9648 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र और ( 2 ) उत्तर में शेर शाह सूरी मार्ग ( 45.72 मीटर मार्गाधिकार ) , पूर्व में समीपवर्ती खेल क्षेत्र/हरित स्थल, दक्षिण में आवासीय क्वार्टर ( बापा नगर ) और पश्चिम में दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय से घिरा हुआ 3334 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र शामिल है , के भूमि उपयोग को ' आवासीय ' से ' सरकारी कार्यालय/न्यायालय ' में परिवर्तित किए जाने का प्रस्ताव है ।"

प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल , विकास मीनार , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , आई.पी. एस्टेट , नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।

(MASTER PLAN SECTION) PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 3rd December, 2007
S.O. 2070( E) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan/Zonal Development Plan for Delhi is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/ suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum- Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, 'B' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .
MODIFICATION :
"It is proposed to change the Landuse of an area measuring 12982 sqm . in Bapa Nagar (Zone- D) comprising
