का.आ. 2077( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 68 ) की धारा 20 की उप - धारा 3 के साथ पठित उप- धारा 1 के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए चयन समिति की सिफारिश पर श्री अनुपम दासगुप्ता भा.प्र.से. ( सेवानिवृत्त) को 31 अगस्त , 2007 के अपराह्न से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके 70 वर्ष की आयु को प्राप्त हो जाने तक, जो भी पहले हो , समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियम , 1987 के साथ पठित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम , 1986 में निर्धारित निबंधनों और शतों पर राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 4th December , 2007
S.O. 2077 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (3) of Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (68 of 1986) , the Central Government , on the recommendation of the Selection Committee , hereby appoints Shri Anupam Dasgupta , IAS (Retd .) as whole-time Member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with effect from the afternoon of the 31st day of August 2007 , for a period of five years , or until he attains the age of 70 years , whichever is earlier, on the terms and conditions prescribed in the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with the Consuiner Protection Rules, 1987 as amended from time to time .

का.आ. 2078( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 68 ) की धारा 20 की उप- धारा 3 के साथ पठित उप- धारा । के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए चयन समिति की सिफारिश पर श्री शिशिर कुमार नाइक , भा.प्र.से. ( सेवानिवृत्त ) को 15 नवम्बर , 2007 के पूर्वाह्न से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा उनके 70 वर्ष की आयु को प्राप्त हो जाने तक , जो भी पहले हो, समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियम , 1987 के साथ पठित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 में निर्धारित निबंधनों और शर्तों पर राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोष आयोग के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub- section ( 3) of Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act , 1986 (68 of 1986) , the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee, hereby appoints Shri Shishir Kumar Naik, IAS (Retd. ) as whole- time Member of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with effect from the forenoon of the 15th day of November, 2007 , for a period of five years , or until he attains the age of 70 years , whichever is earlier , on the terms and conditions prescribed in the ConsumerProtection Act, 1986 read with the Consumer Protection Rules , 1987as amended from time to time .
