का.आ. 2092( अ ). पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन (भूमिमें प्रयोक्ताके अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) के भाग 2 के खंड ( क ) के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार निम्नोक्ततालिका के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्रों के लिए राजस्थान में आर जे- ओ एन-90/1 संविदा क्षेत्र से कच्चे तेल की निकासी के लिए कैर्न इंडिया लिमिटेड जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय 101 वेस्ट व्यू, वीर सावरकर मार्ग , प्रभादेवी , मुम्बई-400025 में है, और आयल एंड नेचुरल गैस कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय तेल भवन , देहरादून -248003 स्थित है , के परिसंघ द्वारा राजस्थान में बाड़मेर से वीरमग्राम के रास्ते गुजरात में सलाया तक पाइपलाइन बिछाने के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के तहत सक्षम प्राधिकारियों का कार्य निष्पादित करने के लिए नीचे दी गई तालिका के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्तियों को प्राधिकृत करती है नामतः :-

New Delhi , the 30th October, 2007
S.O. 2092(E). In pursuance of clause ( a) of Section 2ofthe Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines ( Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 ( 50 of 1962) the Central Government hereby authorizes the persons mentioned in column( 1 ) ofthe table given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authorities under the said Act for laying of pipelines from Barmer in Rajasthan to Salaya in Gujarat Via Viramgam by the consortium of Cairn India Limited having its registered office at 101 West View, Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025 and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited having its registered office at Tel Bhawan, Dehradun- 248003 for evacuation of crude oil from RJ -ON- 90/ 1 contract area in Rajasthan in respect ofthe areas specified in column (2) of the Schedule namely : -~- TABLE
