का.आ. 2094( अ ).-जबकि केन्द्रीय सरकार के दिनांक 6 नवम्बर , 2007 ( आदेश सं. 299/2007 ) के आदेश फा. सं. ए-12026/5/2007- प्रशा- I द्वारा भारतीय सीमा शुल्क एवं केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क के अधिकारी श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ को उनके कार्यभार संभालने की तारीख से समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपील अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है ।
और जबकि श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ ने 13 नवम्बर , 2007 के पूर्वाहन में उक्त अधिकरण में सदस्य के पद का कार्यभार संभाल लियाहै ।
इसलिए, अब केन्द्र सरकार समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपील अधिकरण (अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें) नियमावली , 1978 के नियम 11 के उप- नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित तस्कर और विदेशी मुद्रा छलसाधक (सम्पत्ति समपहरण ) अधिनियम , 1976 ( 1976 का 13 ) की धारा 12 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा उपर्युक्त अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ की नियुक्ति को अधिसूचित करती है ।
2. श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ 62 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने तक अथवा अगले आदेश तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , पद पर बने रहेंगे ।

S.O. 2094 (E) .-Whereas the Central Government by Order No. A. 12026/5 /2007 -Ad . 1, dated the 6th November , 4886 GI/ 2007
2007 (Order No. 299/2007) , appointed Shri Dinesh Kacker , anOfficer ofthe Indian Customs and Central Excise Service , asMember of the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property witheffect from the date of his taking charge of the post.
And whereas , Shri Dinesh Kacker, assumed charge ofthe office of Member of the said Tribunal in the forenoon of13th November, 2007.
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 12 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act , 1976 ( 13 of 1976), read with sub- rule (2) of rule 11 of the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property ( Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members ) Rules , 1978 , the Central Government hereby notifies the appointment of Shri Dinesh Kacker as a Member of the aforesaid Tribunal .
2. Shri Dinesh Kacker shall hold office till he attains the age ofsixty-two years or until further orders , whichever is earlier.

1989 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 385 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " श्री आर. के. तिवारी " शब्दों और अक्षरों के लिए " श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ " शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
[फा. सं. ए. - 12026/5/2007- प्रशासन-1] इसलिए, अब केन्द्र सरकार समपहृत सम्पत्ति अपील अधिकरण ( अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली , 1989 के नियम 11 के उपनियम (2 ) के साथ पठित स्वापक औषधि और मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 61 ) की धारा 68 ढ की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा उपर्युक्त अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ की नियुक्तिको अधिसूचित करती है ।

S.O. 2096 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 68N of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ( 61 of 1985 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 385 (E) dated the 29th May, 1989 , namely:-
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 68N of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1985 (61 of 1985 ) , read with sub- rule (2) of rule 11 of the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members ) Rules , 1989 , the Central Government hereby notifies the appointment of Shri Dinesh Kacker as a Member of the aforesaid Tribunal .
In the said notification , for the words and letters "Shri R. K. Tewari " , the words " Shri Dinesh Kacker" shall be substituted .
