सा.का.नि. 750( अ ).-तस्करी और विदेशी मुद्रा छल साधक (संपत्ति का सम्पहरण ) 1976 ( 1976 का 13 ) की धारा 12 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की दिनांक 3 जनवरी , 1977 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. 3 (अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " श्री आर. के. तिवारी " शब्दों और अक्षरों के लिए " श्री दिनेश कक्कड़ " शब्दों और अक्षरों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

G.S.R. 750 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 12 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 ( 13 of 1976) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department ofRevenue) G.S.R. 3 (E) dated the 3rd January , 1977, namely-
In the said notification , for the words and letters " Shri R.K. Tewari " , the words and letters " Shri Dinesh Kacker" shall be substituted.
