स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय
' ( ययय ) ( 25 ) ताजा फल के प्रत्येक पैकेज पर , यदि वैक्स से विलेपित है, निम्नलिखित लेबल लगा होगा , अर्थात्:-
(स्वास्थ्यविभाग )
" वैक्स से विलेपित ( वैक्स का नाम दें ) " ।' अधिसूचना
3. उक्त नियमों के नियम 48ड. में निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतः नई दिल्ली , 5 दिसम्बर , 2007
स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्
"परंतु ताजा फलों को नियम 42 के उपनियम ( ययय ) (25 ) में उपबंधित रूप में, उचित लेबल घोषणा के अंतर्गत विनिर्माण पद्धतियों के अनुसार बी वैक्स ( सफेद और पीला ) अथवा कारनोबा वैक्स या सेलैक से विलेपित किया जा सकेगा। "

( खाद्य ) ] देबाशीष पण्डा, संयुक्त सचिव सा.का.नि. 752( अ )-खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण नियम , 1955 का और संशोधन करने के लिए कतिपय नियमों का प्रारूप जिन्हें केंद्रीय सरकार, केंद्रीय खाद्य मानक समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण अधिनियम , 1954 ( 1954 का 37 ) की धारा 23 की उपधारा ( 1 ) की अपेक्षानुसार ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए , जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है , प्रकाशित किया जाता है और यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप नियमों पर उस तारीख से, जिसको उस राजपत्र की प्रतियां, जिसमें यह अधिसूचना प्रकाशित कीजाती है , जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं , तीस दिन की अवधि कीसमाप्ति पर या उसके पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा;
टिप्पण :- खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण नियम , 1955 भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , में का.नि.आ. 2106 तारीख 12 सितम्बर , 1955 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और अंतिम संशोधन सं. सा.का.नि. 458 ( अ ) तारीख 2 जुलाई , 2007 द्वारा किया गया।
आक्षेप या सुझाव यदि कोई हों , सचिव , स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार , निर्माण भवन , नई दिल्ली -110011 को भेजे जा सकेंगे;
MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE ऐसे आक्षेप और सुझावों पर जो उक्त प्रारूप नियमों की बाबत इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति के पूर्व किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त हों, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।

प्रारूप नियम

1 ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 है।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे।
2. खाद्य अपमिश्रण निवारण नियम , 1955 ( जिन्हें इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त नियम कहा गया है ) के नियम 42 में, उपनियम (ययय ) ( 25 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उपनियम अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
G.S.R. 752 (E ) . The following draft of certain rules further to amend the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules , 1955, which the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Committee for Food Standards , proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 23 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954) , is hereby published , as required by the said sub - section, for the information of all persons

likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which copies ofthis Offical Gazette in which this notification is published, are made available to the public;
Objections or suggestions , if any, may be addressed to the Secretary , Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , Government of India, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi- 110011 ;
The objection and suggestions , which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period so specified, will be considered by the Central Government .
DRAFT RULES
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Prevention of Food Adulteration ( .. Amendment ) Rules , 2007,
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication.
2. In the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules , 1955 , (hereinafter referred to as said rules ) , in rule 42, for sub - rule ( ZZZ)( 25 ) , the following shall be substiuted, namely :-
' (ZZZ) (25 ) Every packege of fresh fruit if coated with wax shall carry the following label , namely :---
"Coated with wax (give name ofwax) " . "
3. In rule48-E of the said rules, for the proviso , the following shall be substituted , namely :--
"Provided that fresh fruits may be coated with bees wax (white and yellow) or carnauba wax or shellac wax at level not exceeding Good Manufacturing Practices under proper label declaration as provided in sub - rule ( ZZZ) (25) of rule 42. "
