आ.अ. 131( अ ) निर्वाचन प्रतीक ( आरक्षण एवं आबंटन ) आदेश , 1968 के पैरा 17 के अधीन निर्वाचन आयोग , समय -समय पर यथा- संशोधित, दिनांक 6 जनवरी , 2007 कीअपनी अधिसूचना सं. 56/2007/न्या. अनु. III , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:--
O.N. 131 (E) .-Under paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment ) Order, 1968 , as made applicable for the purpose of election for the legislative assembly of Jammu and Kashmir , the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment to its Notification No. 56/2007 /JS . III dated the 6th January , 2007 , as amended from time to time, namely :--
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी ( IV ) ( मुक्त प्रतीकों की सूची ) में 87 - पूंछ हवेली विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य के लिए ' ताला और चाबी ' प्रविष्टि को, केवल चालू उप- निर्वाचन के प्रयोजनों के लिए मुक्त प्रतीक के रूप में जोड़ा जाएगा ।
In Table IV (list of free symbols ) appended to the said Notification, the entry " Lock and Key " shall be added as free symbol for the State of Jammu and Kashmir only for the purposes of current bye -election from 87 -Poonch Haveli assembly constituency.
जन्मू और कश्मीर के लिए मुक्त प्रतीक की सूची में ' ताला और चाबी' प्रतीक को यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट सम्मिलित किया गया समझा जाएगा जो कि दिनांक16-11-2007 से प्रभावी होगा तथा यह जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य में पूंछ हवेली विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से चालू उप-निर्वाचन पूरा होने तक ही प्रवृत्त होगा ।
The inclusion of the symbol " Lock and Key " in the list of free symbol for Jammu and Kashmir shall be deemed to have been so specified with effect from 16-11-2007, and shall be in force only till the completion of the current bye election from 87- Poonch Haveli assembly constituency in the State of Jammu and Kashmir .
