का.आ. 2102( अ) विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 3 (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, यथा संशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आरई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 2007 ( गैर- बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर निषेध से संबंधित ) के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त संवर्धन करती है :-
" 2.6 इस अधिसूचना के द्वारा गैर - बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर लगाया गया प्रतिबंध 8-10-2007 को बांग्लादेश सरकार द्वारा खोली गई अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय निविदा के अनुसार उक्त मांग की मात्रा के मद्दे मैसर्स एलएमजे इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड, 30 , जे.एल. नेहरू रोड, कोलकाता-700016 द्वारा बांग्लादेश गणराज्य को 50,000 मीट्रिक टन चावल के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं रहेगा । "

New Delhi , the 6th December , 2007

S.O. 2102(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 of Notification No. 38 (RE -2007 )/ 2004-2009, dated 15th October, 2007 (pertaining to prohibition on export of non - basmati rice ) as amended :
"2.6 The prohibition imposed by this Notification on export ofnon - basmati rice shall not be applicable to export of 50,000 MT of rice to Peoples Republic of Bangladesh by M/s . LMJ International Limited, 30 , J.L. Nehru Road, Kolkata- 700016 , against the said ordered quantity as per international tender opened byGovernment ofBangladesh on 8-10-2007 ."
