का. आ. 2103( अ ) केंद्र सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा -15 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनहित में और व्यापार के हित में एतद्वारा यह घोषणा करती है कि सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से ' थर्मल कोल' पर उक्त धारा के उपबंध उस पूरे क्षेत्र में लागू होंगे जिसमें उक्त अधिनियम लागू होता है और अधिसूचना जारी होने की तिथि को इस अधिनियम की धारा 16 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त वस्तु में भावी सौदा व्यापार बंद होने के समय प्रचलित दर को उस दर के रूप में नियत करती है जिस पर उक्त तिथि को या उससे पहले ऐसी कोई अग्रिम संविदा की जाती है और उक्त तिथि के बाद की जाने के लिए शेष रहती है तो ऐसी स्थिति में बंद हुआ माना जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th December , 2007
S.O. 2103 (E).-In exercise of the power conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section - 15 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government, in the public interest and in the interest of trade, hereby declares that the provisions of the said section shall apply to 'Thermal Coal' in the whole of the territories to which the saidAct extends ; and in exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of Section 16 of the said Act fixes the rate prevailing at the time at which the forward markets in the said goods closed on the date of this notification as the rate at which any such forward contracts entered into on or before the said date and remaining to be performed after the said date shall be deemed to be closed .
