सा.का.नि. 756( अ ) .-स्वापक औषध तथा मनःप्रभावी पदार्थ अवैध व्यापार निवारण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 46 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के संयुक्त सचिव , श्रीमती रशीदा हुसैन को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए विशेष रूप से सशक्त करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1988 (46 of 1988 ) , the Central Government hereby specially empowers Smt . Rasheda Hussain, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, for the purpose of the said Section.
