नई दिल्ली, 6 दिसम्बर, 2007
सा.का.नि. 757( अ)/आ.व. चीनी.-केन्द्रीय सरकार, आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 3 ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, चीनी (2006-2007 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) आदेश , 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम चीनी (2006-2007 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण ) संशोधन आदेश, 2007है ।
(2 ) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा । 2. चीनी ( 2006-2007 में उत्पादन के लिए कीमत निर्धारण )
आदेश, 2006 की अनुसूची- II में, -
(क) उत्तर प्रदेश ( पश्चिम ) क्षेत्र के अधीन , क्रम संख्यांक 35 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
(ख) उत्तर प्रदेश ( पूर्वी ) क्षेत्र के अधीन , क्रम संख्यांक 55 के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा:-
" 56. बलरामपुर चीनी मिल्स लि. , मिझौरा अकबरपुर , जिला अम्बेडकर नगर । "

ORDER
New Delhi , the 6th December , 2007
G.S.R. No. 757 ( E)/Ess . Com./Sugar.-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section (3C) of Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955) , the Central Government hereby makes following Order , to amend the Sugar (Price Determination for 2006-2007 Production) Order , 2006 , namely :-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Sugar (Price Determination of 2006-2007 Production) Amendment Order, 2007 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Sugar (Price Determination of 2006-2007 Production) Order , 2006, in Schedule II,--
(a) under the zone Uttar Pradesh (West ) , serial number 35 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted ;
(b) under the zone Uttar Pradesh (East) , after serial number 55 the following shall be inserted :-
"56. Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd. , Mijhaura Akbarpur, District Ambedkarnagar. "
