सा.का. नि. 762( अ )-राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी परिषद् नियम, 2006 के नियम 3 तथा 4 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 42 ) की धारा 10 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) तथा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार दिनांक 22-9-2006 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1604( अ ) के माध्यम से केंद्रीय रोजगार गारंटी परिषद् का गठन करती है, जो 22-9-2006 से उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा अथवा उसके अंतर्गत उसे सौंपे गए कार्यों का निर्वहन करेगी और कर्तव्यों का पालन करेगी । उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 ( ग ) तथा ( घ ) के अंतर्गत मनोनीत सदस्यों का कार्यकाल 21-9-2007 को समाप्त हो गया है । इसलिए केन्द्र सरकार परिषद् नियम के नियम 3 (ग ) के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित को परिषद् का सदस्य मनोनीत करती है :

ऊपर उल्लिखित सदस्यों का कार्यकाल राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से शुरू होगा ।

केन्द्रीय रोजगार गारंटी परिषद् नियम, 2006 के नियम 3 ( घ) के अंतर्गत नियुक्त सदस्यों को दूसरे कार्यकाल के लिए पुनः मनोनीत किया गया है । इसलिए , उनका कार्यकाल 22-9-2007 से शुरू होगा । परिषद् नियम के नियम 3 (घ ) के अंतर्गत केंद्रीय रोजगार गारंटी परिषद् के सदस्यों के रूप में नियुक्त गैर- सरकारी सदस्यों के नाम नीचे दिए गए हैं : -

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) of Section 10 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of2005 ) read withRules 3 and 4 of the National Employment Guarantee Council Rules , 2006 , the Central Government constituted a Council called the Central Employment Guarantee Council vide Notification No. S.O. 1604 ( E) dated 22-9-2006 to discharge the functions and perform duties assigned to it by or under the said Act with efect form 22-9-2006. The term of 'Office' ofthe members nominated under para 1 (c) and (d ) of the said notification has ended on 21-9-2007. The Central Government , therefore , now nominates the following members of the Council under Rule 3 (c) of the CouncilRules .
