का. आ. 2107( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 265 ( अ ) , तारीख 22 फरवरी , 2007 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 22 फरवरी , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , गाँव " ( 1 ) सीलनईकनपटटी " के सामने , सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 83/2 " के सामने, --
(क) स्तम्भ ( 6 ) में , प्रविष्टि " सरकारी " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " निजी " रखी जाएगी ;
(ख) स्तम्भ (7 ) में, प्रविष्टि " पोरमबोक " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शुष्क " रखी जाएगी ।
कोई व्यक्ति, जो इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध है , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्सीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th December , 2007
S.O. 2107 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) Section 3A of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Minstry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways ), number S.O. 265(E), dated the 22nd February, 2007, published in the Gazette of India , Extrordinay, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 22nd February , 2007 , namely :--
In the Schedule to the said notification , against village " ( 1 ) Scelanaickanpatti " , against survey number " 83/2 " , - (a) in column 6, for the entry " Government " , the entry "Private " shall be substituted;
(b) in column 7, for the entry "Poramboke " , the entry " Dry" shall be substituted .
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may , within twenty- one days form the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , objectto the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub- section ( 1) of Section 3C of the said Act .
