S.O. 2105 (E ).- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election ) Rules , 1975, and in supersession of S.O. 886 (E ) dated the 10th September , 2001 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column(3) ofthe Table annexed hereto, to be the Returning Officer for the purposes of the said rules , in repsect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) ofthe said Table, namely :---
का.आ. 21:05( अ ) केंद्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम, 1975 , के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और का.आ. सं. 886 ( अ ) दिनांक 10 सितम्बर , 2001 के अधिक्रमण में इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत , उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्: -
