का.आ. 2104( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार , लागत और संकर्म लेखापाल अधिनियम , 1959 ( 1959 का 23 ) की धारा 10ख की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए लागत और संकर्म लेखापाल ( निर्वाचन अधिकरण ) नियम , 2006 के नियम 3 के अनुसरण में, जून 2007 में हुए लागत और संकर्म लेखापाल संस्थान की परिषद् के निर्वाचन के मामले में अधिनियम की धारा 10क के अधीन विवाद का विनिश्चय करने के लिए एक अधिकरण की स्थापना करती है , जो निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों से मिलकर बनेगा , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 2104 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1) of Section 10B of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959 ) and in pursuance ofrule 3 of the Cost and Works Accountants (Election Tribunal ) Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby establishes a Tribunal consisting of the following persons to decide the dispute under Section 10A ofthe Act in the matter of election to the Council of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India held in June , 2007, namely:-
