का.आ. 2114(अ).-विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप (निवारण) अधिनियम , 1967 ( 1967 का 37 ) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, यह निर्धारित करने के लिए कि क्या मणिपुर के मैतेई उग्रवादी संगठनों अर्थात् पीपुल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी ( पीएलए ) , द रिवोल्यूशनरी पीपुल्स फ्रंट ( आर पी एफ ) , द यूनाइटेड नेशनल लिबरेशन फ्रंट ( यूएनएलएफ ) , द पीपुल्स रिवोल्यूशनरी पार्टी ऑफ कांगलीपाक (पीआरईपीएके ) , द कांगलीपाक कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ( केसीपी) , द कांगली याओल कान्बा लुप (केवाईकेएल ) तथा मणिपुर पीपुल्स लिबरेशन फ्रंट ( एमपीएलएफ ) को विधिविरुद्ध संगम घोषित करने के पर्याप्त कारण विद्यमान हैं अथवा नहीं, एतद्वारा , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति श्री बदर दुरेज अहमद की अध्यक्षता में एक " विधिविरुद्ध क्रियाकलाप ( निवारण ) अधिकरण " का गठन करती है ।
S.O. 2114(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1) of Section 5 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes " The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal " consisting of Shri Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed, Judge ofDelhi High Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause of declaring the Meitei Extremist Organisations of Manipur , viz, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) , the Revolutionary Peoples ' Front (RPF) , the United National Liberation Front (UNLF) , the Peoples' Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK) , the Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP) , the Kanglei Yaol Kanba Lup (KYKL) and the Manipur Peoples ' Liberation Front(MPLF) , as unlawful associations .
