का.आ. 2115(अ) , केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 , के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और सं. का.आ. 1337 ( अ ) तारीख 8 दिसम्बर, 2004 के अधिक्रमण में इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत, उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:--

S.O. 2115 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 and in suppression of the number S.O. 1337 (E ) dated the 8th December , 2004 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table annexed hereto, to be the Returning Officer for the purpose of the said Rules , in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table, namely :-
