आ.अ. 133( अ ) लोकप्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित , तारीख 13 मार्च , 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या 434/3. प्र.-लो.स./2004 ( 1 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर मद संख्या 39 - बलिया के सामने, क्रम सं. 1 पर , " उप जिलाधिकारी , सिकन्दरपुर " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी; और
उक्त अधिसूचना के संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टिके स्थान पर मद संख्या 39 - बलिया के सामने, क्रम सं. 5 पर, " उप जिलाधिकारी , रसड़ा " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th December, 2007
O.N. 133 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission ofIndia hereby directs that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No. 434/UP-HP/2004 ( 1 ) , dated 13th March, 2004 as amended from time to time, namely:--
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification in addition to the existing entry , against item No. 39-Ballia , at Sl . No. 1 , " Deputy District Officer , Sikandarpur " shall be substituted ; and
In column 2 of the table appended to the said notification in addition to the existing entry, against item No. 39 -Ballia, at Sl. No. 5, "Deputy District Officer , Rasra " shall be substituted .
