आ.अ. 135(अ ) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 कक की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) में निहित उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में और कर्नाटक राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से जारी इसकी पूर्ववर्ती अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में निर्वाचन आयोग
एतद्वारा :-
(1 ) " विशेष आयुक्त ( प्रशासन ) , बृहत बंगलौर महानगर पालिके , बंगलौर " को, बृहत महानगर पालिके बंगलौर में आने वाले विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है ।
(2 ) शेष जिलों में प्रत्येक के उपायुक्तों को उस जिले के जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है जिसके वे उपायुक्त हैं ।

Ο.Ν. 135 (E) . In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 13AA of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 (43 of 1950 ) , and in supersession of its notifications issued earlier the Election Commission in consultation with the State Government of Karnataka, hereby , designates :-
(1) " Special Commissioner , (Admn. ) Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike , Bangalore " as the District Election Officer , for Assembly Constituencies falling in Bruhat Mahanagara Palike, Bangalore;
(2) The Deputy Commissioners of each of the remaining districts as the District Election Officer for the district of which he /she is Deputy Commissioner .
