फा. सं. 01 / 91 /171 /17/एएम 06/ पीसी-3.- यथा संशोधित, विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-09 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं. 14 ( आरई-2006 )/2004-2009 , दिनांक 30 मई, 2006 के साथ पठित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं. 27 ( आरई -2005 ) /2004-2009 , दिनांक 14 जुलाई , 2005 में , एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित शुद्धि करते हैं :- सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 27 ( आरई -2005 )/2004-2009 , दिनांक14 जुलाई , 2005 के पैरा -2 में उल्लिखत " इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से दो वर्षों के भीतर " के शब्दों व अंकों को संशोधित कर " इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीन वर्षों के भीतर " पढ़ा जाए ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

No. 01/91 /171 / 17 /AM 06/PC- III .- In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 , as amended , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction in the Public Notice No. 27 (RE -2005 )/2004-2009, dated 14th July, 2005, read alongwith Public Notice No. 14 (RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 30th May, 2006:-
The words and figures " within two years from the date of issue ofthis Public Notice " mentioned in Para- 2 of Public Notice No. 27 (RE -2005) /2004-2009 , dated 14th July, 2005 may be amended to read as "within three years from the date of issue of this Public Notice" .
