का.आ. 2117( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें तथा निबंधन ) नियमावली , 1992 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा श्री जी. अनन्तरमन को 13 दिसम्बर , 2007 के बाद तीन माह तक अथवा अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में बने रहने का अनुमोदन करती है ।

S.O. 2117 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992 ), read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members ) Rules , 1992, the Central Government hereby approves the extension of the tenure of appointment of Shri G. Anantharaman as Whole Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India by three months beyond 13th December , 2007 or until further orders , whichever is earlier.
