अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 12 दिसम्बर , 2007 उत्तरांचल ( नाम परिवर्तन ) संघ विषय पर विधि अनुकूलन आदेश, 2007
सा.का.नि. 764( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , उत्तरांचल (नाम परिवर्तन) अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का 52 ) की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन आदेश द्वारा संविधान की सातवीं अनुसूची की सूची 1 के मामलों से संबंधित आदेश द्वारा 1 जनवरी , 2007 से पूर्व बनायी गई किसी विधि के ऐसे अनुकूलन और उपांतरणों को करने के लिए सशक्त है , जो उत्तरांचल राज्य के नाम के परिवर्तन को प्रभावी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए आवश्यक और समीचीन है;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम उत्तरांचल ( नाम परिवर्तन ) संघ विषय पर विधि अनुकूलन आदेश , 2007 है ।
(2) यह 1 जनवरी , 2007 को प्रवृत्त हुआ समझा जाएगा । 2. साधारण खंड अधिनियम , 1897 ( 1897 का 10 ) इस आदेश के निर्वचन के लिए उसी प्रकार लागू होगा जैसे यह किसी केन्द्रीय अधिनियम के निर्वचन के लिए लागू होता है ।
3. इस आदेश की अनुसूची में वर्णित विधियां जब तक संसद या अन्य सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा परिवर्तित , निरसित या संशोधित नहीं कर दी जाती , उक्त अनुसूची में निदेशित अनुकूलन और उपांतरणों के अध्यधीन प्रभावी होंगी ।

धारा 4--उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( छ) में , " उत्तराचंल " , के स्थान पर " उत्तराखंड " रखें ।

अनुसूची में " भाग 24- उत्तरांचल " के स्थान पर , " भाग 24- उत्तराखंड " रखें ।

पहली अनुसूची और दूसरी अनुसूची में, इन अनुसूचियों के प्रत्येक शीर्षक के अधीन " उत्तरांचल " के स्थान पर , " उत्तराखंड " रखें ।
राज्य पुनर्गठन अधिनियम , 1956 (1956का 37) धारा 15-खंड ( ख ) में , " उत्तरांचल " के स्थान पर , " उत्तराखंड " रखें ।
अधिवक्ता अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का 25)
धारा 3- उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क ) में, " उत्तरांचल " के स्थान पर , " उत्तराखंड " रखें ।

NOTIFICATION

TheUttaranchal (Alteration of Name) Adaptation of Laws on Union Subjects Order, 2007
GS.R. 764 (E ) .-Whereas under sub - section ( 1 ) of $ection 6 ofthe Uttaranchal (Alteration ofName) Act , 2006 (52 of 2006) , the Central Government is empowered , by order, to make such adaptations and modifications ofany law made before the 1st day of January, 2007, relating to a matter in List I in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitu- tion, as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the alteration of the name of the State of Uttaranchal;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Uttaranchal (Alteration ofName) Adaptation of Laws on Union Subjects Order , 2007.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2007 .
2. The General Clauses Act , 1897 ( 10 of 1897) shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of a Central Act.
3. The laws mentioned in the Schedule to this Order shall, until altered, repealed or amended by Parliament or other competent authority , have effect subject to the adaptations and modifications directed in that Schedule .
