का.आ. 2141 ( अ ) विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1683 ( अ) , दिनांक 28 सितम्बर , 2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में :
( i ) तालुक के नाम अर्थात् चेय्यार के स्थान पर चेय्युर रखा जाए ।
( ii ) क्र. सं. 155 पर उल्लिखित क्षेत्र को 1.64 हेक्टेयर पढ़ा जाए ।
(iii ) इस प्रकार कुल क्षेत्र 126.002 हेक्टेयर है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th December , 2007
S.O. 2141 (E ) .-The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce , number S.O. 1683( E) dated the 28th September , 2007, namely:-
In the said notification :
(i) the name of the taluk i.e. Cheyyar may be replaced as Cheyyur.
( ii) Area at Serial No. 155 may be read as 1.64 hectares.
(iii)Hence the total area is 126.002 hectares .
