का.आ. 2142(अ).विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर , 2007 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिससे हरियाणा राज्य के ग्वाल पहारी गाँव, सोहना तहसील , गुड़गांव जिले में मै. कैंटन बिल्डवेल प्रा. लि. द्वारा स्थापित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एसईजेड को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , the Central Ciovernment hereby appoints the 17th day of December , 2007 as the date from which the Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zone at Village Gwal Pahari , Tehsil Sohna , District-Gurgaon , Haryana by M/ s. Canton Buildwell Pvt . Ltd. shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962.

का.आ. 2143 ( अ ).यतः मै. कैंटन बिल्डवेल प्रा. लि. जो हरियाणा राज्य में पूर्णतः निजी संगठन है , ने हरियाणा राज्य के ग्वाल पहारी गाँव , सोहना तहसील , गुड़गांव जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) ( जिसे एतपश्चात् अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यतः केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने हरियाणा राज्य के ग्वाल पहारी गाँव , सोहना तहसील , गुड़गांव जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास एवं प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 26 जुलाई , 2007 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है ;
अतः अब विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा हरियाणा राज्य के ग्वाल पहारी गाँव , सोहना तहसील , गुड़गांव जिले में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:-

S.O.2143 (E) .-Whereas , M/ s . Canton Buildwell Pvt . Ltd. , a fully Private Organization in the State ofHaryana, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Econornic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005) , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act)to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Gwal Pahari , Tehsil Sohna, District - Gurgaon , in the State ofHaryana;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under Sub -section (8 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under Sub- section ( 10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Gwal Pahari village , Tehsil Sohna , District- Gurgaon in the State of Haryana on 26th July, 2007;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (1 ) of Section 4 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance ofrule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Village Gwal Pahari , Tehsil Sohna, District-Gurgaon , in the State of Haryana , comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone , namely :-

का.आ 2144( अ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्द्वारा, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. कैंटन बिल्डवेल प्रा. लि. द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य के ग्वाल पहारी गाँव, सोहना तहसील , गुड़गांव जिले में विकसित किए गए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा, गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं , अर्थात्:-

1. विकास आयुक्त, नोएडा विशेष आर्थिक जोन अध्यक्ष, पदेन
2. निदेशक अथवा उप - सचिव, भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका सदस्य, पदेन
नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव, भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
3. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , दिल्ली -सदस्य, पदेन
4. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त या केन्द्रीय उत्पाद -सदस्य, पदेन
शुल्क आयुक्त अथवा उनका नाभिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
5. एसईजेड पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका सदस्य, पदेन
स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , बैंकिंग प्रभाग , वित्त मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार सदस्य, पदेन
7. निदेशक (उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य ) , हरियाणा सरकार सदस्य, पदेन
8. प्रबंध निदेशक , हरियाणा राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम , हरियाणा सरकार सदस्य, पदेन
9. मै. कैंटन बिल्डवेल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ( विकासकर्ता ) के प्रतिनिधि विशेष आमंत्रिती
2. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त की अनुपस्थिति में उनका प्रतिनिधित्व वह अधिकारी करेगा जिसका स्तर संयुक्त विकास आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा ।

Canton Buildwell Private Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson andMembers , namely :-
