(घ ) राष्ट्रीय बिल मेल प्राप्तकर्ता कार्यालय में पिनकोड-वार छांटकर और वितरण डाकघर- वार बंडल बनाकर प्राप्त की जाएगी ।

(ङ ) बिल मेल सेवा पर निम्नलिखित डाक- शुल्क की दरें प्रभारित होगी :-

50 ग्राम से अनधिक भार के लिए 5 रुपये

प्रत्येक 50 ग्राम अथवा 50 ग्राम से 2 रुपये अधिक के भिन्नांश के लिए

सा.का.नि. 775(अ). भारतीय डाकघर अधिनियम, 1898 (1898 का 6 ) की धारा 74 के साथ पठित धारा 21 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार 'भारतीय डाकघर नियमावली , 1933 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , नामतः

1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों को भारतीय डाकघर ( तृतीय संशोधन ) नियम , 2007 कहा जाएगा ।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त

(2) महानिदेशक, आदेश देकर उप - नियम ( 1 ) के खण्ड (क) , ( ख ) तथा ( घ ) मे उल्लिखित शर्तों तथा स्पष्टीकरण को संशोधित कर सकते हैं अथवा इसमें समय- समय पर नई शर्तें जोड़ सकते हैं ।

होंगे ।

2. भारतीय डाकघर नियमावली , 1933 में नियम 10घ के बाद निम्नलिखित नियम को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, नामतः-

" 10 -ङ राष्ट्रीय बिल मेल सेवा-

स्पष्टीकरण: इस नियम के प्रयोजनार्थ " राष्ट्रीय बिल मेल सेवा " का अर्थ बिल मेल सेवा के लिए निर्धारित प्रकृति जैसे संचार से है लेकिन इसका वितरण बिल मेल सेवा के लिए निर्धारित परिसीमा से आगे के क्षेत्र के लिए होगा । "

[सं. 30-81 /2007-डी] (1 ) (क) डाक को भारतीय डाक द्वारा पहचान किए गए स्थानों पर डाक में डालने के लिए प्राप्त किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पणी: दिनांक1-1-1975 तक यथासंशोधित मुख्य नियम जो डाक-तार नियमावली खण्ड-1 , विधायी अधिनियम , भाग -1 , पांचवें संस्करण में प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं , और तत्पश्चात् निम्नलिखित द्वारा संशोधित हुए हैं :-

( ग) राष्ट्रीय बिल मेल सेवा में वितरण बिल मेल सेवा के लिए निर्धारित परिसीमा से आगे के क्षेत्र के लिए होगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi , the 18th December , 2007

G.S.R. 775( E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause (d ) of sub - section (2) of Section 21 read with Section 74 of the Indian Post Office Act , 1898 ( 6 of 1898 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Post Office Rules , 1933 , namely:--

1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Indian Post Office (Third Amendment) Rules , 2007 .

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Indian Post Office Rules , 1933 , after rule 10D, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-

" 10 -E . National Bill Mail Service---

(1 ) ( a) The mail shall be received for posting at identified location provided by Indian Post .

(b) The posting of the national bill mail shall not be less than 10,000 pieces at a time for all destinations taken together.

(d) The national bill mail shall be received at the receiving office sorted pin code wise and bundled delivery office wise .

(e) The following rates of postage shall be chargeable on the bill mail service :-

Rs. 5

Rs. 2 For aweight not exceeding 50 grams Forevery 50 grams or fraction thereof exceeding 50 grms

(2) Director General may ,by order , modify the conditions mentioned in clauses (a) , (b) and (d ) of sub- rule (1) and explanation or add new conditions from time to time.

Explanation : For the purpose of this rule , "National Bill Mail Service " means the communication of the same nature as prescribed for bill mail service , but addressed to be delivered beyond the circumscribed area delineated for bill mail service ."
