का.आ. 2160(अ).केन्द्रीय सरकार के संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित था , औद्योगिक विवाद अधि- नियम, 1947 (1947 का 14 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ़ ) के उप - खण्ड ( vi ) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना दिनांक 12-6-2007 द्वारा लौह अयस्क खनन उद्योग जो कि औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 16 में शामिल है, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 18-6-2007 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया था;
S.O. 2160( E) .-Whereas , the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub -clause ( vi ) of the clause (n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , declared by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour dated 12-06-2007 the service in the Iron Ore Mining Industry which is covered by item 16 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act , for a period ofsix months from the 18th June , 2007 .
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में उक्त कालावधि को छः मास की और कालावधि के लिए बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub - clause ( vi ) of clause (n) of Section 2 ofthe Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 , the Central Government hereby declares the said industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purposes of the said Act, for a period of six months from the 18th December , 2007 .
अतः , अब , औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( ढ़ ) के उप- खण्ड ( vi ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए दिनांक 18-12-2007 से छः मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित' करती है ।
