सा.का.नि. 779( अ ) वित्त अधिनियम 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 35ख की उप- धारा ( 1 ख ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 25/2005 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. टै ) , दिनांक 13 मई, 2005 के तहत प्रकाशित , में और आगे संशोधन करता है , यथा :-

Note : The principal notification No. 25 / 2005 - Central Excise (NT) dated the 13th May , 2005 was published vide number G.S.R.305 ( E) , dated the 13thMay, 2005 and was amended by the following numbers:-
1. Notification No.30 /2005 - Central Excise (NT) dated 8-6-2005 vide number G.S.R. 381 ( E) dated 8-6-2005.
2. Notification No. 36/2005 - Central Excise (NT) dated the 14th November, 2005 vide number G.S.R. 662 (E ) , dated the 14th November , 2005 .
