का.आ. 2163(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 223 ( अ ) , तारीख 10 फरवरी , 2003 , जहां तक यह क्रम संख्या 1 और 2 के सामने , इस अधिसूचना में शामिल सक्षम प्राधिकारी और परिमंडलों तथा गाँवों से संबंधित है, उन बातों को छोड़कर, जो ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले कर ली गई हैं अथवा करने से लोप कर दी गई हैं, का अधिक्रमण करते हुए संयुक्त सचिव , बोडोलैंड क्षेत्रीय परिषद् को असम राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 31 के 1041.00 कि.मी. से 1052.00 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट उक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग का निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने /चार लेन का बनाने आदि) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th December , 2007
S.O. 2163 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) number S.O. 223 (E), dated the 10th February, 2003 , in so far as it relates to the competent authority and the circles and villages against Serial numbers 1 and 2 covered under this notification , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Joint Secretary, Bodoland Territorial Council, as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , in respect ofthe stretch of land from Km 1041.00 to Km 1052.00 of the National Highway No. 31 for building (widening/four- laning, etc.) , maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway in the State of Assam , as specified in the Schedule given below.
