का.आ. 2173(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 3 के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची-1 ( आयात ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. अधिसूचना सं. 39 ( आर ई 2007 ) दिनांक 16-10-2007 द्वारा यथा संशोधित , निम्नलिखित मदों के लिए आयात नीति निम्नलिखित रूप से पुनः संशोधित की जाती है :

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 , read alongwith Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1992, and alongwith paragraph 2.1 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy- 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby amends Schedule-1 ( Imports ) ofthe ITC ( HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 2004-2009 asunder :--
