का.आ. 2182( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपर जिलाधिकारी , संत रविदास नगर , भदोही , उत्तर प्रदेश को उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 2 के 278.620 कि. मी. ( नया चैनेज 747.081 ) से 279.620 कि.मी. ( नया चैनेज 748.081 ) तक के भूखण्ड पर टोल प्लॉजा का निर्माण , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 26th December , 2007
S.O. 2182(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 ofthe National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the Additional District Magistrate , Sant Ravidas Nagar , Bhadohi , Uttar Pradesh as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 278,620 (New chainage 747.081 ) to Km . 279.620 (New chainage 748.081 ) of the National Highway No. 2 for building, maintenance , management and operation of Toll Plaza in the State of Uttar Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below :
