का.आ. 2176( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , निःशक्त व्यक्ति ( समान अवसर, अधिकार संरक्षण और पूर्ण भागीदारी ) अधिनियम , 1995 ( 1996 का 1 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा डॉ. एच. टी. ढोलकिया को केन्द्रीय समन्वय समिति के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती हैं और इस उद्देश्य के लिए सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय की सं. का.आ. 796( अ ) , दिनांक 9 सितम्बर , 1998 में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्तअधिसूचना में, " खण्ड-3 के उप- खण्ड (2 ) की धारा ( i ) के अंतर्गत नामित " संबंधी शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 19 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

टिप्पणी : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में दिनांक 9 सितम्बर, 1998 सं. का.आ. 796 ( अ ) , द्वारा प्रकाशित हुई थी और उसके बाद अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 122 ( अ ) , दिनांक 22 फरवरी , 1999 , का.आ. 596 ( अ) , दिनांक 20 जून , 2000 तथा का.आ. 201 ( अ ) , दिनांक 8 फरवरी , 2005 और का.आ. 1405 ( अ ) , दिनांक 23 सितम्बर , 2005 के तहत संशोधित की गई ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 17th December , 2007
S.O. 2176( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 3 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities , Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act , 1995 ( 1 of 1996), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. H. T. Dholakia as a member in the Central Co - ordination Committee and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Number S.O. 796 (E) , dated, the 9th September , 1998, namely:-
In the said notification , under the heading relating to the "Nominated under clause ( i ) of sub - section (2) of Section 3 " , for serial number 19 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Note : The principal notification was published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 796 ( E ) , dated the 9th September, 1998 and subsequently amended vide notification numbers S.O. 122 (E ) , dated the 22nd February, 1999 , S.O. 596(E ) , dated the 20th June , 2000 , S.O. 201 (E) , dated the 8th February , 2005 and S.O. 1405 (E) , dated the 23rd September, 2005.
