का.आ. 2189( अ )-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, मैसर्स एसोशिएटेड पेट्रोकेम प्रा. लि. 1.ए , 2/ ए , हाईवे कामर्सियल सेन्टर , नजदीक सीनियर टायर , बैरल मार्केट के सामने , नजदीक मोती बेकरी , दानीलिम्डा, अहमदाबाद के मामले में अपर महानिदेशक, राजस्व आसूचना महानिदेशालय , जोनल यूनिट , अहमदाबाद के द्वारा फा. सं. डी.आर.आई. /ए.जेड.यू/आई.एन . क्यू-11/2006-07, दिनांक 30 मार्च , 2007 के तहत् जारी किये गये कारण बताओ नोटिस के मामले में न्याय निर्णयन करने के लिये , संयुक्त/अपर आयुक्त सीमा शुल्क ( निर्यात ) , न्हावा शेवा, रायगढ़ , महाराष्ट्र को दी गई शक्तियों और कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए संयुक्त/ अपर आयुक्त सीमा शुल्क , इण्टर कन्टेनर डिपो साबरमती, अहमदाबाद को, एतद्वारा , एक उभय -न्याय निर्णयन प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करता है ।
