का.आ. 2193( अ ) विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार राजरहाट, कोलकाता में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु एक क्षेत्र- विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन स्थापित करने के लिए वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 28 नवम्बर , 2007 की अधि- सूचना सं. का.आ. 2002( अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में :
(1 ) क्र.सं. 1 पर भूखंड सं. अर्थात् डीएच -01 के स्थाने पर डीएच -01 ( भाग ) रखा जाए ।
(ii) क्र.सं. 1 पर दिए गए क्षेत्र को 8.91 हैक्टेयर पढ़ा जाए ।
( iii ) कुल क्षेत्र को 18.37 हैक्टेयर पढ़ा जाए ।

S.O. 2193 (E) . The Central Government , in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) and in pursuance ofRule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Department of Commerce , number S.O. 2002(F) dated 28th November , 2007 for setting up of a sector specific SEZ. for information technology and information technology enabled services at Rajarhat, Kolkata namely :--
In the said notification:
(1) the Plot No. at Sl . No. 1 i.e. DH-01 maybe replaced at DH -01 (Part) .
ii) Area at Serial No. 1 may be read as 8.91 hectares .
(
(iii) The total area may be read as 18.37 hectares .
