विषय: गैर-बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर निषेध -न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य में संशोधन ।
का.आ. 2195( अ ) -विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) के अनुच्छेद 3 ( 2 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा अधिसूचना सं. 45 ( आरई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 31-10-2007 और अधिसूचना सं. 61 ( आरई -2007)/ 2004--2009 दिनांक 12-12-2007 द्वारा यथासंशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आरई -2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 15-10-2007 के पैराग्राफ 2.3 के पहले वाक्य में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है : --
"न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य ( एमईपी ) 425 अमरीकी डॉलर प्रति टन पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य या 17,000/- रु. प्रति टन पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य से अधिक हो । " को " न्यूनतम निर्यात मूल्य ( एमईपी ) 500 अमरीकी डॉलर प्रति टन पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य या 20,000/- रु. प्रति टन पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य से अधिक हो " से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

New Delhi , the 27th December , 2007
No. 68 (RE- 2007)/2004-2009
Subject : Prohibition on export of non - basmati rice- amendment of Minimum Export Price
S.O. 2195(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation ) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Ist sentence of Paragraph 2.3 ofNotification No. 38 (RE - 2007 )/2004- 2009, dated 15-10-2007 as amended through Notification No. 45 (RE- 2007 )/2004-2009 , dated 31-10-2007 , and through Notification No. 61 (RE - 2007)/2004-2009,dated 12-12-2007; with immediate effect:
"Minimum Export Price (MEP) is more than US $ 425 perton FOB or Rs . 17,000/- per ton FOB " is replaced by "Minimum Export Price (MEP) is more than US $ 500 per ton FOB or Rs . 20,000/- per ton FOB" .
