सा.का.नि. 794(अ) राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ), राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षणशाला , कलकत्ता, निदेशक ( श्रेणी-2 ) भर्ती नियम , 2006 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्: --
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ) , राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षणशाला , कलकत्ता, निदेशक ( श्रेणी -2 ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2007 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग ) , राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षणशाला , कलकत्ता, निदेशक (श्रेणी-2 ) भर्ती नियम, 2006 में,-
( i ) संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ में वर्ष " 2007 " के रूप में प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ii) अनुसूची में, -
(क) पदों की संख्या से संबंधित , स्तंभ ( 2 ) के अधीन, विद्यमान " (2006 ) " अंकों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित अंक रखे जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
"(2007)"
(खा ) वेतनमान से संबंधित, स्तंभ ( 4 ) के अधीन, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्: - "14300-400-18300 रुपए "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st December , 2007
G.S.R. 794 (E ) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs) , National Test House , Kolkata , Director ( Grade- II) , Recruitment Rules , 2006 , namely : - 1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs ) , National Test House , Kolkata, Director (Grade - II) , Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules, 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Consumer Affairs), National Test House , Kolkata, Director (Grade - II ) , Recruitment Rules , 2006 : -
(1) the year in the short title and commencement shall be substituted as " 2007" ,
(ii) in the Schedule,
(a) under column (2) relating to Number of posts, for the existing figure " (2006) " the following figure shall be substitued, namely:-
"(2007)"
(b) under column (4 ) , relating to Scale of Pay, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:--
Rs . 14300-400-18300 " .
