का.आ. 2.224( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, अनुसूचित जनजाति और अन्य परम्परागत वन निवासी ( वन अधिकारों की मान्यता ) अधि- नियम, 2006 (2007 का 2 ) की धारा 1 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तारीख 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 को, उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिसको उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

S.O. 2224 (E) .- In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section (3 ) of Section 1 of the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 (2 of2007), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of December , 2007 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
