का.आ. 2228( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 671 ( अ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर , 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
जाएंगे । उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा । में " ग्यारह वर्ष तीन माह की अवधि " के स्थान पर " बारह वर्ष तीन माह की अवधि के लिए " शब्द रखे

NewDelhi , the 31st December , 2007
S.O. 2228 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 671 (E) , dated the 30th September, 1996, namely :-
In the said notification, in paragraph 1, for the words " for a period of eleven years and three months " , the words "for a period of twelve years and three months " shall be substituted,
