का.आ. 2226(अ).-भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर , 2007 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2007 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1855 ( अ ) , जिसमें सार्वजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले , अर्थात् दिनांक 6 दिसम्बर , 1992 को अयोध्या में राम जन्म भूमि - बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए गठित जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था , के आंशिक संशोधन में यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग , अपनी रिपोर्ट 29 फरवरी , 2008 को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

New Delhi , the 31st December , 2007
S. O. 2226 (E) . In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Home Affairs, No. S.O. 1855 (E) , dated 31st October , 2007 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 31st October , 2007 extending the tenure of the Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter of public importance , namely, the destruction ofRam JanmaBhoomi-Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December , 1992, it has been decided that the said Commission , namely , the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry , will submit its report on or before the 29th February, 2008 .
