सा.का.नि. 5( अ )-केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 50 ) की धारा 22 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केंद्रीय सरकार औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल ( समूह ' क' कार्यपालक काडर ) भर्ती नियम , 2002 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल ( समूह ' क' कार्यपालक काडर ) भर्ती संशोधन नियम , 2007 है ।
( 2 ) यं राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल ( समूह ' क ' कार्यपालक काडर ) भर्ती नियम , 2002 में,-
( 1) नियम । के हिन्दी पाठ में संशोधन की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।
(2) अनुसूची में, -
( क) उप कमाण्डेन्ट के पद से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में.-
( i) स्तंभ 2 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में " 214" अंकोंके स्थान पर, " 250 " अंक रखे जाएंगे;
( ii ) स्तंभ 5 के शीर्ष और प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :-

" चयन पद अथवा अचयन पद
चयन ।" ;
( iii ) स्तंभ ।। के शीर्ष में, "पदों" शब्दों के स्थान पर , " रिक्तियों" शब्द रखा जाएगा;
(iv ) स्तंभ 12 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में , " ( 1 ) प्रोन्नति:- ऐसे सहायक कमाण्डेन्ट, जिसके अंतर्गत सहायक कमाण्डेन्ट/ कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी भी हैं, जिन्होंने 6 वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है और जो चिकित्सा प्रवर्ग शेप में आते हैं । " कोष्ठकों, अंकों और शब्दोंके स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:
"प्रोन्नति:-
( i ) ऐसे सहायक कमाण्डेट, जिसके अंतर्गत सहायक कमाण्डेन्ट ( कनिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी ) भी हैं, जिन्होंने 8000-13500 रुपए के वेतनमान में उस श्रेणी में 6 वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है और जो चिकित्सा प्रवर्ग शेप । में आते हैं;
(ii ) जिन्होंने महानिदेशक , केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, द्वारा समय-समय पर यथाविनिर्दिष्ट प्रोन्नति पूर्व पाठ्यक्रम या प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक किया है;
( iii ) जिन्होंने केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल , द्वारा समय- समय पर यथाविनिर्दिष्ट ' डयूटी बटालियन ' में सहायक कमाण्डेंट के रूप में सेवा की है । ";

( ख ) कमाण्डेन्ट के पद से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में.-
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
(i) स्तंभ 2 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में " 82 " अंकों कं स्थान पर , " 88 " अंक रखे जाएंगे;
2. In the Central Industrial Security Force ( Group A' Executive cadre Recruitment Rules , 2002 )
(ii) स्तंभ 5 के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , " चयन " शब्द रखा जाएगा:
(1) In rule 1, in sub - rule ( 1 ) , for the brackets and words "(Group' A' Executive cadre Recruitment Rules . 2002)", the following shall be substituted , namely (iii) स्तंभ 12 के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में, " ( 1 )
"(Group ' A ' Executive Cadre ) Recruitment Rules , 2002";
(2) in the Schedule.
(a) in the entries relating to the post of Deputy Commandant,-
प्रोन्नति : - ऐसे व्यक्ति, जिन्होंने कुल ग्यारह वर्ष समूह ' क' सेत्रा की है, जिसके अंतर्गत उप कमाण्डेन्ट की श्रेणी में दो वर्ष नियमित सेवा भी है और जो चिकित्सा प्रवर्ग शेष-] में आते हैं । " कोष्ठकों, अंकों, शब्दों और अक्षर के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :
(1) in the entries under column 2, for the figures "214", the figure " 250" shall be substituted;
"प्रोन्नति:-
( ii) for the heading and the entries in column 5, the following shall be substituted , namely:

(1) रुपए 10000-15200 के वेतनमान में ऐसे उप कमाण्डेंट, जिन्होंने कुल ग्यारह वर्ष निर्यामत समूह ' क' सेवा की है, जिसके अंतर्गत उप कमाण्डेंट की श्रेणी में दो वर्ष नियमित सेवा भी है और जो चिकित्सा प्रवर्ग शेप । में आते हैं:

ii ) जिन्होंने महानिदेशक , केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल, द्वारा समय समय पर यथाििनर्दिष्ट प्रोन्नति पूर्व पाठ्यक्रम या प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक किया है;
(iii) in the heading in column 11. for the word "posts ", the word " vacancies " shall be substituted:
(ii ) जिन्होंने केन्द्रीय औद्योगिक सुरक्षा बल द्वारा समय-समय पर यथाविनिर्दिष्ट ' डयूटी बटालियन ' में उप कमाण्डेंट के रूप में सेवा की है । ";
(iv) in the entries under column 12. for the brackets , words and figure "( i ) Promotion : Asstt. Commandant including Assistant Commandaut/Junior Administrative Officer with 6 years regular service in the grade being inMedical Category SHAPE - I ", the following shall be substiurted, namely

NOTIFICATION
(i) Assistant Commandant including Assistant Commandant ( Junior Administrative Officer ) in the scale ofpay of Rs . 8.000-13,500 with six years' regular service in the grade being in Medical Category SHAPE - 1;

(ii) Should have successfully undergone pre promotion course or training as prescribed by Director General, Central Industrial Security Force, from time to time:
G.S.R. 5 ( E ).In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Central Industrial Security Force Act , 1968 (50 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Industrial Security Force ( Group A ' Executive cadre Recruitment Rules, 2002 ), namely:-
( iii) Should have rendered mo years service as Assistant Commandant in Duty Battalion as decidedby the Central Government , from time to time.":
(b) in the entries relating to the post of Commandant,--
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Central Industrial Security Force ( Group A ' Executive Cadre ) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2007, [ भाग II- खण्ड 3 (1)

(i) In the entries under column 2, for the figures "82", the figures " 88 " shall be substituted;
service in the grade of Deputy Commandant being in Medical Category SIIAPE -I:
(ii) for the existing entries under column 5, the word "Sclection " shall be substituted:
(ii) should have successfully undergone pre- promotion course or training as prescribed by Director General , Central Industrial Security Force , fromtime to time;
(iii) should have rendered two years ' service as Deputy Commandant in ' Duty Battalion as decidedby the Central Government, fromtime totime. "
(iii) in the entries under column 12, for the words and letter "Promotion: - Total eleven years ' Group A /Gazetted service including two years' regular service in the grade of Deputy Commandantbeing in Medical Category SHAPE - I , the following shall be substituted, namely:----
"Promotion :T

( i ) Deputy Commandant in the scale of pay of Rs . 10,000-15,200 with eleven years ' regular Group'A' service including two years ' regular
