का.आ. 20(अ ).-भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें तथा निबंधन ) नियमावली , 1992 के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 (1992 का 15 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार उस उप - धारा के खंड ( घ ) के तहत , एतद्वारा डॉ. जी . मोहन गोपाल , निदेशक , राष्ट्रीय न्यायिक अकादमी, भोपाल को 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड के अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 20(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) of Section 4 ofthe Securities and Exchange Board of IndiaAct, 1992 ( 15 of 1992), read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service ofChairman and Members ) Rules , 1992, the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. G. Mohan Gopal , Director , National Judicial Academy , Bhopal , as a part- time member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India under clause (d) of that sub - section for a period of three years with effect from 31st December, 2007 or until further orders, whichever is earlier .
