का.आ. 22(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग , की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 629 ( अ ) , तारीख 18 अप्रैल , 2007 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप -खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 23 अप्रैल , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , अर्थात्:
S.O. 22 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferredby clause( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) , number S.O. 629(E) , dated the 18th April , 2007 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part- II , Section -3 , Sub -section (ii ) , dated the 23rd April, 2007, namely:----
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,
Inthe said notification.-
(क) आमुख पृष्ठ पर " जिला राजस्व अधिकारी सेलम" शब्दों के स्थान पर " विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , सेलम" शब्द रखे जाएंगे ;
(a) In the preamble for the words " District Revenue Officer , Salem" , the words " Special District Revenue Officer, Salem " shall be substituted,
(ख ) उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में तालुक " 2. वलप्पडी" के सामने , स्तम्भ ( 5 ) में , प्रविष्टि " ( 13 ) पेरियाकृष्णापुरम " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " ( 13 ) पेरुमपलियाम " रखी जाएगी ।
(b) In the schedule , against Taluk " 2. Valapadi" , in column (5) , for the entry " ( 13 ) . Periyakrishnapuram " the entry " ( 13 ) . Perumapalayam " shall be substituted .

का.आ. 23 (अ) .केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 508 ( अ ) , तारीख 2 अप्रैल , 2007 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 2 अप्रैल , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,
" जिला राजस्व अधिकारी वेल्लूपुरम " के स्थान पर " विशेष जिला राजस्व अधिकारी , सेलम " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
