3. आपत्ति या सुझाव प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-23 को लिखित रूप में दिनांक 6-2-2008 से पहले भेज सकते हैं ।
आपत्ति करने या सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।
का.आ. 36( अ ).-दिल्ली विकास ( मुख्य योजना एवं क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना ) नियमावली , 1959 के नियम 5 के साथ पठित दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 10 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के प्रारूप को तैयार करने एवं प्रकाशित करने की सूचना ।

DELHI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (MASTER PLAN SECTION) PUBLIC NOTICE New Delhi , the 7th January , 2008
S.O. 36 (E) . Notice under Section 10(1 ) of the Delhi Development Authority Act, 1957 (No. 61 of 1957) readwith rule 5 of the Delhi Development (Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan) Rules , 1959, of the preparation and publication ofthe draft of the Zonal Development Plan for the National Capital Territory ofDelhi .
Notice is hereby given that:
(क) इससे पूर्व, दिल्ली मुख्य योजना -2001 के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत नरेला उप- नगर वाले जोन की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना, जिसमें जोन एम. एन. और पी. ( शहरी विस्तार योजना का भाग ) के भाग शामिल थे , को प्राधिकरण ने संकल्प सं. 79 दिनांक 30-6-1987 द्वारा अनुमोदित किया था और मंत्रालय द्वारा पत्र सं. के-13011 / 7/2006 डीडीआईबी दिनांक 26-5-2006 के माध्यम से अनुमोदित किया गया था । अब , दिल्ली मुख्य योजना-2021 के अंतर्गत , इसके बाद इस क्षेत्रीय योजना को नरेला क्षेत्रीय योजना , जोन पी -1 कहा गया है, रा.रा. क्षेत्र दिल्ली के जोन पी -1 ( उत्तरी दिल्ली ) की प्रारूप क्षेत्रीय योजना तैयार की गई है ।
(a) Earlier, under the provision of MPD-2001 , Zonal Development Plan of Zone covers Narela sub - city that comprises of parts of zones M , N and P (part of the urban extension plan) was approved by the (ख ) इसकी एक प्रति निरीक्षण के लिए आगे पैरा 3 में उल्लिखित तिथि तक सभी कार्य दिवसों को 11 बजे पूर्वाहन से 5 बजे अपराह्न के बीच दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण कार्यालय भूतल , विकास मीनार में उपलब्ध रहेगी ।

Authority vide Resolution No. 79 dated 30-6-1987 and was approved by Ministry vide letter No. K- 13011 /7/2006 DDIB dated 26-5-2006. Now under the provision ofMPD- 2021 , hereinafter this zonal plan is referred to as Zonal Plan of Narela , Zone P - I , the draft Zonal Plan of Zone P - I ( North Delhi) in the National Capital Territory of Delhi has been prepared.
(b) A copy thereof will be available for inspection in the office of the Delhi Development Authority on Ground Floor, Vikas Minar between hours , of 11.00 A.M.

to 5.00 P.M. on all working days till the date mentioned in para 3 hereinafter .
2. Objection and suggestions are hereby invited with repect to this draft plan.
3. The objection or suggestion may be sent in writing to the Pr . Commissioner- cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi -23 before the 6th day of February, 2008 .
Any person making the objection or suggestion should also give his name and address .
