आ.अ. 1 ( अ ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 ( 1950 का 43 ) की धारा 13 ग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग दादरा और नागर हवेली संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी की सहायता के लिए सहायक निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों की नियुक्तिसे संबंधित अपनी तारीख 14 जनवरी , 1994 की अधिसूचना सं. 429/डी.एन.एच. /93 , समय - समय पर यथा संशोधित , में एतद्वारा आगे निम्नलिखित्त संशोधन करता है;
उक्त अधिसूचना में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी :-
3. भूमि सुधार अधिकारी- I दादरा और नागर हवेली, सिल्वासा ।
4. उप- प्रभागीय मृदा संरक्षण अधिकारी- I
दादरा और नागर हवेली ,
सिल्वासा ।
2. उपरोक्त नियुक्तियां, 1-1-2008 के संदर्भ में जारी विशेष पुनरीक्षण में निर्वाचक नामावालियों के अंतिम प्रकाशन की तारीख से निष्प्रभावी हो जाएंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th January, 2008
O.N. 1 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 13C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, hereby, makes the following further amendments in its Notification No. 429 /DNH/93 , dated 14-1-1994 , as amended from time to time, relating to appointment ofAssistant Electoral Registration Officers to assist the Electoral Registration Officer for the Dadra and Nagar Haveli Parliamentary Constituency;
Inaddition to the existing entries in the said Notification, following entries shall be added :-
3. Land Reforms Officer-1 Dadra andNagar Haveli , Silvassa.
4. Sub Divisional Soil Conservation Officer - I Dadra and Nagar Haveli ,
Silvassa.
2. The above appointments shall cease to be effective from the date of final publication of electoral rolls in ongoing special revision with reference to 1-1-2008 .
